AURORA Decking System planks start out as premium exterior grade vinyl. The vinyl is extruded through our custom die, which gives the planks their unique multi-chamber design. The planks are then cooled as they pass through a vacuum-sealed water tank. Once a plank is cooled, the surface is embossed to give it a woodgrain feel. Planks are then cut to size and packaged for delivery. The result is vinyl decking that looks and feels more like wood than any other vinyl decking available.
